Cheese Chiles Recipe

Ingredients:

1 c of cheese (Colby); shredded
1 c of cheese (Cheddar); shredded
1 tsp of chilies (red); ground
Stems of cilantro; sliced to make 1/2″ pieces
Paprika

Instructions:

Combine everything except for paprika and cilantro into food processing machine. Process ’til smooth for about a minute. Pour sufficient amount of mixture into chili shapes then insert pieces of cilantro into wider parts of the shape, resembling stems. Drizzle paprika then cover; refrigerate ’til ready to serve.
